The Data Centre would comprise of 500m² of white space as well as an office component, Network Operations Control Centre (NOCC), service and plant areas within the facility.  The electrical Infrastructure is designed in accordance to Uptime Institute Tier IV Classification level and the design therefore comprises of multiple compartmentalised active power paths, which are concurrently maintainable and fault tolerant, providing 99.995% availability.  The design provides an initial power density of 1500W/m² with an electrical backbone of 2000W/m².
