Key Design Elements: Electrical refurbishment & ICT

The SBSA headquarters, located on Simmonds Street in the Johannesburg CBD, was built some 30 years ago, and has serviced the Group well over the years.  SBSA have taken a strategic decision to upgrade the facility, by modernising the buildings internal layouts, in keeping with the theme of their recently completed office block in Rosebank.  OneZero Consulting have been tasked to ensure that the latest trends in efficient lighting are deployed, as well as ensuring that the upgrade does not affect normal business operation.  The upgrade includes the complete refurbishment of the Corporate Investment Building, comprising 27,000sqm of office space.
