Absa has utilised the historic Volkskas Building within the Pretoria CBD as their preferred base of operation within this area. Absa decided that a merged facility with a dedicated call centre would be financially viable thus the decision to erect an entirely new premises on the outskirts of Waterloo, Pretoria consisting of 32,000m2 and accommodating in excess of 3000 staff members in this single facility. In keeping with this theme, Absa approached OneZero Consulting to provide an electrical infrastructure that could accommodate a high availability to the site for this 24-hour operated call centre.
