Key Design Elements: Electrical Refurbishment, Standby Generator and UPS This existing building is located at 1066 Pritchard Street in the heart of the CBD. OneZero Consulting has inspected the existing building and will design and monitor the installation of all the electrical requirements. The 20 storey building comprises of 28,000m2 of office space with four basements. A complete electrical design will be required to accommodate staff to a density of one person per 10m2. The design limitations are no access floor and minimum ceiling void spaces. All electrical services will be replaced with new modern technology.
